Dolores June "Dode" Widok (nee: Bigrigg), 85, of Lorain entered joyously into the presence of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 30th. after a sudden illness. 
She had a true passion to be used of God, and was continually sharing the way of salvation with everyone she met. Her greatest desire is now hers, to be eternally with the Lord.
She was born January 16, 1932 in Daisytown, Pennsylvania to Arthur and Viola Bigrigg, the second of four children. 
She graduated from Centerville High School, where she met her husband of sixty-seven years, Edward. They married and moved to Ohio and became the loving parents of Joy and Edward, Jr.
She attended Broadway Assembly Church in Lorain since 1956 where she was a member. She will be lovingly remembered by the numerous lives she taught, encouraged and was a Godly example to. She also was involved in ministering to the inmate's of the Lorain County Prison and the outreach visitation program of the church. She loved people, especially her family, and enjoyed visiting her Aunt Mary Ellen Novak, her adventures with her niece Marian, and spending time with her dear friend Debbie.
Dolores leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her husband, Edward Sr. and her son, Edward Jr. She is now joyously reunited with her daughter Joy, who entered Glory in 2014. She will be greatly missed by her sister Beverly Yuhas of Lakeland, Florida, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. 
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Arthur and Charles.
Family, friends and others whose lives Dolores touched are invited to Broadway Assembly Church; 5495 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44052, on Mon. December 4, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. 
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Broadway Assembly Church. The Rev. Matt Jones, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
