Each grave space is unique, and the settling process following a burial may take a year or more in some cases. During this time, our trained staff will add soil to level the grave as needed and plant grass at the appropriate time.

Once a memorial marker is received from the manufacturer, it will be installed as soon as the weather permits. Since we cannot install memorial markers when the ground is frozen or wet, there may be a delay from time to time. We will make every effort to install memorial markers as soon as possible.

You’re always welcome to request a work order at our office for a memorial marker to be cleaned. If you prefer to do it yourself, we recommend a solution of water and a bit of blue Dawn dish soap applied with a soft cloth. Just a water rinse afterwards should be all you need. Please avoid using anything abrasive as it could remove the finish and/or scratch the marker.

We recommend that you remove your flower vase over the winter and place it back in the spring. If you choose not to remove your flower vase, please ensure that it is inverted and empty when not in use. Any trapped water that freezes over the winter may damage the flower vase.
