MICHAEL IRELAND, PRESIDENT
Mike Joined Ridge Hill Memorial Park in 2013. During his tenure as President, he’s overseen many improvements to the park. These include our new office building, the introduction of glass front niches, improvements to our iconic carillon, and much more. His vision and leadership have been invaluable to Ridge Hill. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and playing golf. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
GAVIN BAKER, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Gavin joined Ridge Hill in 2020. He has overseen the development of Ridge Hill into a more modern and efficient entity, while also providing the best possible care for all of the families who need our services. He was named the 2020 Outstanding Rookie of the Year by the Ohio Cemetery Association. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, working on vintage wristwatches, and is also active in Freemasonry and Shriners.
CHAD PARSONS, GROUNDS CREW FOREMAN
Chad has been with Ridge Hill since 1997. His hard work, dedication, and knowledge make him the ideal foreman for our grounds crew. Whether he’s operating heavy equipment, mowing our 100-acre property, or plowing snow at 5am, Chad is always busy. Even still, he always takes time out to help anyone who asks. When not busy at work Chad enjoys spending time with his family and also serves in local government.
Meet Our Office Staff
ASHLEY GREEN, FAMILY SERVICE COUNSELOR
Ashley has been part of the team at Ridge Hill since 2017. She is a dedicated Family Service Counselor and treats every person with compassion and respect. She is an expert at designing memorial markers. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and is especially enthusiastic about her childrens’ accomplishments.
KIMBERLY JONES BEAL, RECORDS ADMINISTRATOR
Kim joined the Ridge Hill team in 2017. She is skilled at coordinating with funeral homes to ensure every service we provide goes off without a hitch. Kim also ensures that all of our records are accurate and complete. Ridge Hill wouldn’t be able to function without her dedication and effort. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, is active in her church, volunteers at the food bank, and is especially proud of her new puppy. Kim also supports the Ohio State Buckeyes as one of their biggest fans.
DORIS BARON, RECORDS CLERK
Doris has been with Ridge Hill since 2000. In that time, she’s seen a lot of change and she’s always been a part of our constant improvement. Nearly every piece of paper in our records room has passed through her hands at one point or another. She is especially adept at locating and interpreting information from the very beginning of Ridge Hill’s existence. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and is an excellent baker.
KELLY IRELAND, RECEPTIONIST
Kelly is the most recent addition to the Ridge Hill team, joining us in 2021. Although she’s only been here a few years, we’re not sure how we got along without her. An excellent receptionist makes any office function, and Kelly certainly demonstrates that. She is always happy to assist our staff and the general public in any way she can. When not at work Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. She is especially proud of her son who is currently serving our country in the United States Navy.

JOSEPH BANDAGSKI, SENIOR GROUNDS CREW
Joe has been with Ridge Hill since 1985. Multiple generations of his family have been employed here, and Joe honors that tradition with his dedication and commitment. His knowledge and experience are invaluable to our continued success. Outside of work Joe enjoys spending time with his family and he is also a volunteer fire chief.
MICHAEL BELLISARIO, SENIOR GROUNDS CREW
Michael joined Ridge Hill in 2016. A veritable jack-of-all-trades, he brings a breadth of knowledge to our grounds crew. No matter what the obstacle may be, Michael always finds a way to overcome it and keep things operating smoothly. Outside of work Michael enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and even raises chickens.
BRIAN TREMAINE, SENIOR GROUNDS CREW
Brian has been part of our grounds crew since 2013. He is hardworking and dedicated to making sure Ridge Hill is maintained with pride. Whether it’s completing work orders, operating machinery, or beautifying the park, we never have to look far to find Brian hard at work. Brian’s son is a member of our seasonal grounds crew and the two are frequently seen completing tasks together. When not busy at Ridge Hill, he enjoys spending time with his family. Brian is a proud veteran of the United States Army.
NOAH PARSONS, SENIOR GROUNDS CREW
Noah joined our grounds crew as a seasonal member in 2015 but has since transitioned to full time. We are extremely pleased that he has decided to stay on, as his work ethic is unparalleled. He’s quick to lend a helping hand and we think he has a bright future with Ridge Hill. Outside of work he enjoys being with his family, especially his new daughter. Noah is also an avid member of his church.
SEASONAL GROUNDS CREW
The ranks of our grounds crew swell during the summer months as we bring on seasonal help. Whether they join us for one season or come back year after year, we are always appreciative of their hard work and dedication. Our seasonal staff consists of a varied bunch, from students preparing for their next chapter to retirees who still enjoy a good day’s work. They all do a fantastic job of maintaining and beautifying Ridge Hill year after year.
