What’s new at Ridge Hill Memorial Park?
Happy Monday, everyone! We hope you had a great weekend. Spring is definitely upon us, and we’ve started mowing again. Our spring/summer decoration policy is in effect and can be found online if you’d like to review it. Fresh flowers are always allowed in vases, and the water has been turned on throughout the cemetery for your convenience.
Our next pre-planning seminar is this evening at 6pm at the Avon Lake Public Library. We thank Hallett Legal Group, Hempel Funeral Home, and Dovin Funeral & Cremation Specialists for partnering with us to provide these events. These seminars are purely educational, and no sales pitch will be made. In fact, it’s our goal to teach everyone how to get the best value and how not to overspend. You’ll come away with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions about end-of-life planning for yourself or others.
Our Glass Front Niche Mausoleum is open, and we invite anyone who would like to check it out to do so. We will have an open house on May 21st at 3pm, and all are welcome. Customized urns and cremation jewelry are available at our main office both for pre-planning and at-need services.
You may notice that the new scattering garden has a sign in place now. Keep an eye out for the landscaping to be finished later this summer. We’ve also opened a new section for upright memorial markers. Please contact us with any questions.
Ridge Hill Memorial Park has been Lorain County’s premier cemetery since 1929. We’re standing by to assist with all of your pre-planning and at-need arrangements. Contact us to speak with a Family Services Counselor today.
